Guest Relations, Seating, VIP Liasion

When planning your event be it a Gala, Charity Dinner, Fundraiser or Wedding, table arrangements with specified seating is always a great idea. 305 handles all aspects of VIP coordination and seating including laying out table diagrams, assigning tables based off fundraising and other important factors, collecting and compiling guest information, tracking RSVPs, finalizing overall lists, checking in guests, providing solutions, placing table tents and seating cards and filling in open seats during the event.

Exhibitors, Trade Show & Sponsor Management

We have the experience to help plan an important fundraising component of your event - the trade show. Our firm can handle these logistics ranging from choosing a facility, floor layout and diagram, contracting of all exhibitor trade service providers including the general contractor, assigning booth space, preparing exhibitor services kits and prospectus, working with union labor, and running the management of the trade show floor. 305 also assists with Sponsor management, whether it is registering you sponsors, assisting with the order of any sponsored items, or communicating with you sponsors on all logistics.

We have the experience and knowledge of technical show production. From selection of equipment, technical order, run of shows, voice of God, and plotting of production items. Additionally, we have long standing relationships with many varieties of entertainment- including platinum selling musical artists, local bands, deejays, dancers, and other performers.

The process of registration can be daunting for many clients. We have experience in all aspects of this faction of event management-from establishing registration levels, procedures to managing pre and onsite registration, online registration mediums, name badge and ticket design and production- as well as full onsite registration support and execution.
